Shipping
Shipping on orders up to $100.00 is a flat rate of $5. We offer FREE shipping on orders over $100.00.
Flat rate shipping is calculated at check out for domestic shipping within the United States. Processing time for standard shipping orders is typically 2-4 days before orders leave our facility. Please contact us directly if you need expedited shipping.
We are honored to have our military customers shop with us. As a reminder, packages sent to overseas APO or DPO addresses are required to go through a military U.S. post office before leaving the country. Only our standard shipping can deliver to overseas APO or DPO addresses. Thank you for your service!
Returns
Products that have been cut (i.e., any/all yardage or other measurable goods cut off the bolt/spool/roll) are non-refundable. Certain items may be ineligible for returns such as custom made products, custom assembled kits or anything that cannot be re-sold due to the nature of the item.
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged items, please contact us, send photos, and we will replace them. Customer Service will send a return label to return your products at no cost to you. We will send you an identical replacement (when available). In the event that an item is no longer available, we will contact you to discuss a substitute with a similar item, or refund.
Privacy
Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.Please note if you sign up for the Newsletter Email Marketing you can unsubscribe at any point.
